  2. 2. The Potential of Intentional Ambiguity: The Role of Leadership Development Programmes in Organisational Change

    Master-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet/Graduate School

    Författare :Miguel Riscado Pereira; Nelson Henry Kakumba; [2023-06-29]
    Nyckelord :Ambidexterity; Emergent Change; Intentional Ambiguity; Knowledgeability; Leadership; Leadership Development; Organisational Change; Reflexivity;

  3. 3. Combining Cell Painting, Gene Expression and Structure-Activity Data for Mechanism of Action Prediction

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Nationellt resurscentrum för biologi och bioteknik

    Författare :Erik Everett Palm; [2023]
    Nyckelord :bioinformatics; deep learning; machine learning; joint model; tabular data; image data;

    Sammanfattning : The rapid progress in high-throughput omics methods and high-resolution morphological profiling, coupled with the significant advances in machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL), has opened new avenues for tackling the notoriously difficult problem of predicting the Mechanism of Action (MoA) for a drug of clinical interest. Understanding a drug's MoA can enrich our knowledge of its biological activity, shed light on potential side effects, and serve as a predictor of clinical success. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Digitally Controlled Oscillator Topologies for mm-Wave Pulsed Coherent Radar

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för elektro- och informationsteknik

    Författare :Klas Junskog; [2023]
    Nyckelord :oscillators; mm-wave; radar; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : The advancement of future generations of wireless communication and radar sensing warrants the need for mm-wave digitally controlled oscillators (DCOs) with high-frequency trade-offs in consideration. The purpose of this project is to investigate DCO topologies inspired from scientific literature. LÄS MER
