The project includes the reuse of an existing building, formerly a theatre but currently in a state of ruin after the war destructions, as well as the creation of a new wing and public spaces. Highest performance is achieved by writing code directly to the low level graphical APIs, though it requires much more work than using the multimedia libraries graphical functions built on one of these graphical APIs.
