    Sammanfattning : The study, from a prosumer perspective, has examined the activities of parents on Facebook, as well as how the City of Malmö can proactively work to prevent trust crises and the spread of rumors. Using method triangulation, the study was conducted through five qualitative individual interviews, a focus group and a document analysis of Malmö city's communication policy. LÄS MER
