In the following qualitative study, three people bereaved by suicide have been interviewed alongside three professionals working in state subsided occupations to determine what interventions they request.     Sammanfattning : Bakgrund: Brist på sjuksköterskor i kombination med hög arbetsbelastning och stressande arbetsmiljö leder till suboptimal vårdkvalité och är ett hot mot patientsäkerheten. Konceptet IVA outreach skapades för att tidigt identifiera patienter med risk för försämring och behov av intensivvård, bättra utskrivningsprocessen från IVA till vårdavdelning, och stödja sjuksköterskor på vårdavdelning i att vårda patienter med komplexa omvårdnadsbehov.
