    Sammanfattning : The aim of this bachelor thesis was to examine how users at a retail company perceive intranet as an information and communication tool and if and how methods and theories from information architecture (IA) could be used to improve both the usability and the user experience. Using two complementary qualitative methods the study investigates how the users are experiencing the intranet as an information- and communication tool. LÄS MER
