  1. 1. Effect of PIP2 on vesicles release in neural cells

    Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan i Skövde/Institutionen för hälsovetenskaper

    Författare :Jonathan Wahlund; [2021]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : Lipids serve numerous different processes in biological cell communication. As for the case ofPhosphatidylinositol‐(4,5)‐biphosphate (PIP2), which serves actin‐dynamics, endocytosis, and ofrecent importance, exocytosis. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Lipase-based in vitro release assays for pharmaceutical lipid formulations

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Livsmedelsteknik och nutrition (master)

    Författare :Leonard Saffer; [2015]
    Nyckelord :phospholipase; triacyl glycerol lipase; in vitro release; fluorescein.; patent blue; pharmaceutical technology; läkemedelsteknologi; Lipid formulation; phosphatdyl choline; glycerol dioleate; Biology and Life Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this project was to develop and test lipase-based in vitro release (IVR) assays for model and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) entrapped in lipid formulations based on mixtures of phosphatidylcholine (PC) and glycerol dioleate (GDO). Two dyes, Fluorescein disodium salt and Patent Blue V sodium salt, functioning as model drug compounds, were investigated separately in the PC/GDO formulation. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Characterization of enzyme sensitive responsive hydrogel/lipid system for triggered release

    Master-uppsats, Institutionen för farmaci

    Författare :Pétur Jónsson; [2013]
    Nyckelord :enzyme sensitive responsive hydrogel lipid system for triggered release; liposomes; mesoporous silica; ellipsometry; coating;

    Sammanfattning : This master thesis aimed to create and characterize multilayer coatings upon mesoporous silica particles (MSP). The properties of the coating aimed for, was to have a triggerable controlled release, where a targeted enzyme within the intestine, alpha-amylase, is supposed to degrade the coating. LÄS MER
