    Sammanfattning : Two categories of sex are considered to not be enough and the use of a masculine pronoun in cases where gender is unknown is said to increase the gaps instead of bringing them together when it comes to gender equality. The material used in the analysis consists of the final report of a working group which was given the assignment by the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health to investigate possible changes in the Act on Legal Recognition of Transexuals.
