Due to the absence of studies that pay attention to how gender relations are portrayed in Arabic dystopian novels, this study focuses on the literary representation of men and masculinities in Utopia and The Queue. In the existing conditions, patients go as early as they can to the healthcare facilities, waiting in queue, even before the opening and had to wait long time for examination, consultation and diagnosis.
