1. Dark Ages Lunar Interferometer - Deployment Rover : Propulsion and Steering Systems
Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan i Halmstad/Akademin för ekonomi, teknik och naturvetenskapSammanfattning : 2030 NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory will place an interferometer, which will workas a radio telescope, on the far side of the Moon. The interferometer uses thinpolyamide films as antennas, which are rolled out by a rover (an autonomousvehicle). The thesis covers concept generation of the propulsion and steering systemof the rover. LÄS MER
2. Dark Ages Interferometer (DALI) Deployment Rover: Energy System
M1-uppsats, Högskolan i Halmstad/EnergiteknikSammanfattning : The cosmic “Dark Ages” is the cosmic era between the epochs of recombination of cosmic microwave background and the formation of the first stars. The only signal from this epoch is from neutral hydrogen, which could represent one of the richest data sets in cosmology. LÄS MER
3. Dark Ages Lunar Interferometer (DALI): Deployment Rover
Kandidat-uppsats, Sektionen för ekonomi och teknik (SET)Sammanfattning : In this thesis we have looked at the possibility of using a rover for deployment of lunar interferometers on the dark side of the moon. This project was made together with two other groups at Halmstad University. The project was divided into three units and we had the main responsibility for the deployment unit on the rover. LÄS MER
4. Dark Ages Lunar Interferometer (DALI): Deployment-Rover - Mobility System
Kandidat-uppsats, Sektionen för ekonomi och teknik (SET)Sammanfattning : This thesis is issued in collaboration with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California. JPL's primary function is the construction and operation of robotic planetary spacecraft. At the time being JPL has 22 spacecraft and 10 instruments conducting active missions. LÄS MER
5. Ångström Small Radio Telescope
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Institutionen för fysik och astronomiSammanfattning : For the Swedish Institute of Space Physics and Uppsala University, we have developed a working radio astronomy telescope capable of receiving the 21cm hydrogen line; the Ångström Small Radio Telescope. The work have resulted in a functional system for positioning the dish, with built in tracking of deep space objects and scanning functions, and signal reception with filtering, mixing and digital sampling.
