One of the longer-standing hypotheses, which is supported by histological data, stipulates that armament was a direct result of a predator-prey relationship between theropods and ankylosaurians.     Sammanfattning : The fossil population structure of the gastropod Neptunea angulata from the late Pliocene and Early Pleistocene was investigated in this project in order to contribute to a wider study on the influence of predation on populations and the evolutionary history of organisms.
