    Sammanfattning : Host cell protein (HCP) is quantified in the purification steps of biopharmaceutical production and is part of ensuring the purity of the final drug product. The gold standard method for HCP quantification is enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), but a new approach is proposed here with fully customized bio-layer interferometry assays for yeast and chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells.     Sammanfattning : Denna rapport beskriver optimering och analysering av Örtoftaverkets vatten till recipient i följande tre områden: • Processvattenreningen, fällning och flockning • Rökgaskondensatet, kvicksilverreduktion • Dagvattendammar, reningsgrad Processvattenreningens fällning och flockning var i behov av intrimning för att öka flockstorleken och –hållfastheten, och på så vis underlätta avskiljningen av metall och suspenderad substans. Två fällningskemikalier, järnkloriden PIX-111 respektive polyaluminiumkloriden PAX-XL60, testades i kombination med den anjoniska flockningspolymeren Superfloc A-1883RS. LÄS MER
