    Sammanfattning : Syftet med studien var att studera förändringen och eventuella skillnader av självskattad fysisk aktivitet, stillasittande och upplevd hälsa vid för- och eftertester mellan två hälsoprojektinterventioner utförda vårterminen 2019 och vårterminen 2021, båda bestående av åtta veckor med två träningspass per veckan.
