    Sammanfattning : This study aims to provide an understanding of the reasoning and decision-making processes of Swedish newspapers in their work with push notifications. Hence the overarching research question is: how do Swedish newsrooms reason about the choice to spread certain news through push notifications? In order to answer this research question, seven semi-structured interviews with online editors, news editors and managing editors from three different newspapers (Svenska Dagbladet, Norrköpings Tidningar, Kristianstadsbladet/Norra Skåne) were conducted. Processing sequenced data for an accurate analysis comes with its challenges, especially with the studies in microbial in clinical in vivo samples where difficulties in the collection of these samples for sequencing could lower the quality and contamination from the human host which might affect the accuracy of downstream analysis.
