    Sammanfattning : In this essay we intend to further examine the ambiguity within the phenomenon of leadership in the remark that it is situationally, subjectively and contextually constructed by each individual. In the vast ocean of leadership research, all with several different approaches, we emphasize an examination of leadership with a greater openness towards newer leadership research which builds on, in part, many different parts of social sciences.
