1. Towards Adaptive Image Resolution for Visual SLAM on Resource-constrained Devices
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : Today, a large number of devices with small form factors and limited resources are being integrated with processes to perform complex tasks such as localization and mapping. One example of this are headsets used for Extended Reality. LÄS MER
2. AR Shopping List : Exploring the Design Space of Smart Glasses to Allow Real-time Recording with Multiple Input Formats
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : It is widely considered that in-store shopping is a repetitive yet vital activity in human life. People are accustomed to making shopping lists on a piece of paper or on their mobile phones, or more commonly, memorizing the list in their minds. LÄS MER
3. Integration of Head-Up Display Technology as an Assisting Tool for Paramedics
Master-uppsats, KTH/Medicinteknik och hälsosystemSammanfattning : When paramedics arrive at an accident site there are a lot of complex variables that they must keep in mind when making decisions. Thus, a problem of too much information presented at once makes the decision-making harder. To aid paramedics, smart glasses can be used to streamline the workflow and present relevant information immediately. LÄS MER
4. A HOPE FOR STROKE REHABILITATION : EXPLORING THE REHATT MIXED REALITY APPLICATION
Master-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för psykologiSammanfattning : Unilateral spatial neglect (USN) is a common disorder after stroke. An application especially developed for stroke rehabilitation, the RehAtt Mixed Reality (MR) intends to train cognitive and motor functions that are affected by USN, by the means of interactive 3D games played in mixed reality, through smart glasses. 5. MobilePose: Real-Time 3D Hand Pose Estimation from a Single RGB Image
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Matematik LTHSammanfattning : Estimating 3D hand poses from RGB images is a challenging task. In this work we construct efficient neural networks to regress sparse 3D skeletons consisting of 21 keypoints in the hand. Additionally heatmaps are regressed to locate the keypoints in 2D. LÄS MER
