    Sammanfattning : PANDA is the next generation hadron physics detector under construction at the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR) in Darmstadt, Germany to accurately detect and parameterize events with kinetic energies from 1MeV to 8GeV. PANDA is a 4π detector and due to its unique shape, all the readout electronics from ADC modules, power supplies, and a controller unit is housed in liquid-cooled crates mounted inside the detector.     Sammanfattning : Venus does not have a strong intrinsic magnetic field as the Earth, and its magnetosphere is induced by the interaction of the solar wind with the ionosphere. The near-Venus space environment is characterized by the presence of a bow shock and of an induced magnetic boundary linked to the interplanetary magnetic field orientation. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : In this thesis we study the width of the Higgs boson in the process pp → t ̄t 4l at LO using MadGraph5_aMC@NLO to generate the events. The contributions including the Higgs signal, continuum background and interference were considered in order to calculate the expected number of events in a broad range of four-lepton invariant masses.     Sammanfattning : The Moon has small scale regions of strong magnetic fields scattered over its surface, known as crustal fields. Coexisting with some of the strongest crustal fields are peculiar markings in the lunar soil, called lunar swirls, which are suggested to be formed by magnetosphere-like interactions between the crustal fields and the solar wind plasma.
