    Sammanfattning : I efterspåren av coronapandemin har möjligheten att kunna arbeta hemma öppnats upp mer och mer för arbetstagare och det ansågs intressant att fördjupa medvetenheten kring hur den nya moderna arbetsformen påverkar det obetalda hemarbetet. Då ojämställdhet inom det obetalda arbetet historiskt sett har rått, och även aktuella rapporter visar att det än idag råder ojämställdhet inom obetalt arbete, ansågs det även värdefullt att i studien ta avstamp ur ett genusperspektiv för att försöka få en djupare förståelse om grunden i ojämställdheten beror på könsnormer och hur det i sådana fall tar sig i uttrycksamt om distansarbete påverkar (o)jämställdheten i det obetalda hemarbetet och i sådana fall på vilket sätt.
