    Sammanfattning : This work includes modelling of decarbonization scenarios at the scale of an urban area, providing policy insights and a methodology focusing on introducing district heating and maintaining the existing gas distribution network in a case study. With a focus on reducing gas consumption in the residential and tertiary sectors, the research integrates scenario developments giving a methodology to develop district heating, requiring a careful balance in selecting the optimal scale for city-wide analysis.     Sammanfattning : The protein biomarker expressions in three types of sampled immune INFILTration spatial niches in lung cancer tissue were measured using the new technology Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP). The three types of immune INFILTration that were observed in lung tumors were STROMA identified as immune cells separate from tumor cells, Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) identified as dense structures of organized immune cells and finally Infiltraterate where immune cells dispersed among and in direct contact with tumor cells (INFILT). För att besvara syftet utgick studien från frågeställningarna: Hur motiveras införandet av hälso-och sjukvårdskuratorslegitimation? Hur skulle motiveringarna kunna inverka på kuratorer inom hälso-och sjukvården som profession? Datamaterialet bestod av Socialstyrelsens rapport från 2014, samt propositionen 2017/18:138, vilka låg till grund för riksdagsbeslut om införande av hälso-och sjukvårdskuratorslegitimation.
