  1. 1. Simulation and Construction of a Half-Bridge Class D Audio Amplifier

    Kandidat-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Fasta tillståndets elektronik

    Författare :Johan Engstrand; Niklas Kavathatzopoulos; Jonathan Nordenholm; [2018]
    Nyckelord :amplifier; class D; half-bridge; simulation; LTspice; KiCad; förstärkare; klass D; halvbrygga;

    Sammanfattning : Usage of class D audio amplifiers has become increasingly widespread in recent years, mainly due to their high efficiency, which can reach almost 100 %. Class D amplifiers can also be compact, making them suitable for mobile applications. In contrast, the most efficient conventional amplifiers such as class B can reach a maximum efficiency of 78. 2. 2. Implementation of a Function Generator

    Kandidat-uppsats, Avdelningen för elektronik, matematik och naturvetenskap

    Författare :Xin You; Yongchun Wang; [2012]
    Nyckelord :wave generator; sine-wave; square-wave; triangle-wave;

    Sammanfattning : Function generator has been widely used in each electronics fields recent years. In this thesis, the authors will introduce some basic structure and working principles of a function generator, moreover a function generator which can create three kinds of wave: sine wave, square wave and triangle wave has been implemented. 3. 3. PWM Effekt Audioförstärkare

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på grundnivå, Institutionen för systemteknik

    Författare :Jonas Bjärhusen; Jan-Olof Martinsson; [2004]
    Nyckelord :Electronics; Power amplifier; Klass-D förstärkare; Effektförstärkare; PWM-audio amplifier; Elektronik;

    Sammanfattning : The purpose with the report is to show that it is possible to design a class-D amplifier, using a programmable FPGA mounted on a developing card from Xess and a H-bridge. The FPGA was programmed in VHDL which is the language the software from Xilinx use to implement a logical function into the FPGA The logical function corresponds to a modeling of the music signal and the modeling can be described as a comparator which compare the music signal with a triangle wave and as a out signal produce a pulse width modulated (PWM) signal.
