    Sammanfattning : This thesis aims to answer the question of how the library is represented in the Librarian franchise, not only focusing on the films/tv-series but also how it is represented in print. The analysis of the library representation uses a background of the theory and method found in semiotics and iconography, as well as qualitative content analysis, to examine not only the literal/denoted representation, but also the symbolic/connoted, and then compar-ing these findings to the representation of libraries and librarians (with a focus on the stereotypes) found in former research on the subject. Vissa forskare har en mer positiv ingång till användandet av stereotyper i sitcoms (Marcin, 2011), medan andra ställer sig kritiska till det (Biagi, 2001).     Sammanfattning : Purpose/Background Proton beam scanning (PBS) for mediastinal Hodgkin's Lymphoma (HL) is limited when treating in free-breathing (FB) due to breathing motion in the thoracic region. Tumour motion and the time structure of the beam delivery will cause interplay and dose blurring effects, resulting in discrepancies of dose in the planned dose distribution both inside and at the edges of tumour volume (TV).     Sammanfattning : This study investigates if year 9 pupils’ vocabulary size correlates with how much they engage in out-of-school English activities, and whether any specific out-of-school English activities correlate more with vocabulary size. 32 second language learners in year 9 participate in this study and the students are from two classes in the same school in a medium-sized town in Sweden.
