    Sammanfattning : Are PE-backed firms more resilient in face of a financial crisis than non PE-backed firms in terms of company performance? This topic is examined through a study of the performance of a sample of 96 Swedish PE-backed firms and 96 non PE-backed peers during the financial crisis of 2008. The empirical findings suggest that PE-backed firms were more successful in maintaining profitability during the crisis years, but were not able to maintain growth any more than peers. LÄS MER
