    Sammanfattning : A customers propensity to buy a certain product is a widely researched field and is applied in multiple industries.     Sammanfattning : During the 1980’s the non-profit organisation RAND Corporation conducted the two-year Medical Outcomes Study with the goal of creating a comprehensive medical questionnaire.
