Sammanfattning: Shared leadership – A qualitative study of shared leadership from a communication perspective This study aims to examine shared leadership in a complex organization from a strategic communications perspective. Through a case study at Scania University Hospital, managers and co-workers’ opinions about shared leadership are studied in order to receive a better knowledge of shared leadership’s practical condition, execution and communication processes. The results show that shared leadership is executed by daily communication of the members within the organization. Shared leadership affects the structure of the organization and its’ communication processes. At the same time, communication processes may be a way of constituting the organization.
