Sammanfattning: This study deals with user experiences for chatbots in healthcare. The background to the study is the problem of creating chatbots with high user experience. The purpose of the study is to investigate which factors a chatbot should have in design and how these factors affect the criterias for user experience. This study uses a qualitative method for examination and data collection via interviews and observations. The results show that previous research for user experience in chatbots is partly in line with chatbots in healthcare and that its factors actually affect criteria for the user experience. The conclusion shows that a chatbot in healthcare should be cold, clinical and correct.
