Europarådets ramkonvention om skydd för nationella minoriteter och effektiva rättsmedel

Sammanfattning: "The Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and access to effective remedy" is a Bachelor´s Thesis that examines which efficient legal remedies the Finnish speaking largest Narional Minority group in Sweden can access, if any, in the case of discrimination of the language rights according to the Swedish Minority Law, the Swedish School Law and the Swedish Discrimination Law. It also reflects the case of breach against the rights of Minorities in the ECHR, and in the Framework Constitution for the Protection of National Minorities, including the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages. The historical reasons for not supplying the Finnish minority with proper remedy is being discussed.
