Sammanfattning: In order to understand user behaviour and navigation patterns, user logging is today widely used in analysis and development of user interfaces. These user logs tend to be quite many and can contain a lot of different data. A big issue is how to process and display this data in a perspicuous way to the stakeholder. This study is about how to develop a prototype to handle this issue. It was solved by various methods from human-computer interaction. By its practice involve the stakeholder early and iterative throughout the whole project. Among the methods used were participatory design, user stories, user testing, expert evaluation and extreme programming. The study was implemented at Scania and therefor the results are based on their needs. The results are: Scania needs to be able to evaluate their field test mechanics to ensure that they are a valuable field test. The user interface should show most used functions and the stakeholder should be able to filter on every entity for segmenting different user groups. User stories are not very easy for the first time participator. Conclusions are: the user logs can in many cases streamline Scania's work tasks. Participatory design helps stakeholders advance each other's ideas. A throughout briefing about its purpose is""before having a user stories workshop.
