Vindkraftsutvidgningen – ideal eller vetenskap?

Sammanfattning: In this essay I will investigate the role of science in the political govering process and if you can call it rational. I have chosen Swedish windpower as a case, which through political decisions are under huge expansion. As theoretical ground I use Lennart Lundkvist’s theory of ecological rational gouvernance and look at two propositions from the Swedish government. By using different criteria that I have created from my theory and test them on the text I discover that the policy process around windpower do use science but not in a complete rational way
