Sammanfattning: The objective with this report is to describe how the WilLak system was developed and its areas of applicability. The objective is also to compare a traditional control point system combined with the WilLak system with a control point system made of prefabricated concrete elements. In this study, interviews have been made with people from construction companies in the Linköping region, who has been involved in construction buildings with these two systems. The WilLak system is a construction system produced to be combined with a traditional control point system. It makes the traditional system more efficient; higher quality and with less constructiondamp. No welding is needed when using the WilLak columns. It is increasingly more common to construct buildings, using prefabricated components. Using prefabricated concrete elements as control point system is not anything new, it is thou one of the alternative to the traditional system. A comparison between these two system shows that people in the construction business are more positive to the traditional way of building. Mostly because the tradition, the quality and because is more easy to control a traditional system.
