"Socialtjänsten är ett stort lotteri, ibland blir det rätt" : En internetbaserad, kvalitativ innehållsanalys om attityder och social tillit till socialtjänsten.

Sammanfattning: This study is a content analysis which examines how attitudes and the social trust towards social services looks on the social network ”Flashback Forum”. Sweden is known for being a country with high trust, thus having high trust towards the state and its associated agencies. We have investigated if this high trust is correct through selected relevant comments on Flashback Forum. These comments have been written without any sort of filter of significance and the opinions and thoughts are written without ameliorate which have given us the opportunity to read how the trust is being portraied. By dint of the themes distrust and trust we have analyzed our collected material, we have been discussing these themes through the categories competence, power/governance and questioning distrust. The outcome of this study was that the high trust that Sweden is known for was not reflected at all when it comes to the social services. The comments turned out to show a high distrust and only a few people felt that social services was a reliable authority.
