Allt mellan månen och bananen

Sammanfattning: With the notion of Craft as a method for reflection on material culture, artifacts and their relationship with humans - my work ’Allt mellan månen och bananen’ examines how objects in our homes can be charged with experiences, feelings and spiritual beliefs. In the making of a ceramic wind chime, I wanted to highlight the many layers of value a material object can hold and how they may change the energy in a room, protect, bring luck or happiness. My focus is on the interaction between user and object through our daily rituals and habits in order to emphasize the importance of the material object in itself and the different ways of ’using’.
