In the study, 199 students have answered a questionnaire to map out the students' attitudes, perceived control, subjective norms and intentions towards CER. These variables are part of Ajzen's Theory of planned behavior, whose goal is to measure an individual's intentions to predict behaviors. The result of the study showed that the students have a very positive attitude towards CER. The collected data indicates that the students feel that they would have the control to implement sustainable practices at their future employers, that people close to them expect them to do so and that the students have intentions to implement environmentally friendly measures at their future workplace.
