En nulägesanalys av internetröstning i svenska allmänna val

Sammanfattning: This paper examines the advantages and disadvantages of an internet voting system, and aims to identify the factors that affect an introduction of such a system in Sweden, as well as what experts in internet voting think of internet voting systems. The study identifies the advantages and disadvantages through previous research published on the subject, and uses this as a basis for interviews of Swedish researchers and experts in digitalization and internet voting. After analyzing the interview the study results in a model that illustrates the process that an introduction of internet voting would require, as well as a list of factors that have an influence on the process.
