Undersökning av möjlig positionering på marknaden för digitala event- och mötesplattformar med förslag på teknisk tillämpning

Sammanfattning: As a result of the pandemic, organizations have been forced to rethink the traditional way of working. Most organizations have moved towards remote working and implemented online meeting-platforms as a way of adapting to the new circumstances. The study suggests differentiation as a possible positioning strategy for new players that want to create competitive advantages on the market for event- and meeting platforms. Furthermore the study suggests implementation of innovative and interactive elements in the platform to achieve a clear position on the market. The suggested elements are presented in a prototype created in the design tool Figma. The prototype’s utility was tested by a test group using Task-based Scenarios, Think Aloud and System Usability Scale. The evaluation resulted in a SUS- score of 76,72, meaning the prototype is approved but has some areas of improvement.
