Användbarhet i CRM-system: Visualisering av kundbild

Sammanfattning: An ecient and useful CRM system requires that all concerned parts of a company use it frequently. For this goal to be reached, the system has to be intuitive, simple and support the user-tasks. Our work focused on creating a model of how visualization of costumers could be done, how it should be measured and how this could be integrated in Lundalogik's CRM system, Lime. During the whole project usability was a keyword and was considered during all stages of the evaluation, implementation and testing. User surveys were conducted to understand how the end-users work with Lime. The surveys resulted in visualizations, rules, prototypes and guidelines of how future work with Lime should progress to take one step closer to the user.
