The results and analysis are presented simultaneously, starting with a brief introduction of the climbing gym, and followed by a discussion and conclusions. The result of the study gives a thorough picture of the climbing gym’s culture and its paradigm, which is people oriented, relaxed, and features humour, climbing identity, culture as a managing mechanism, trust issues and a tension between leaders and employees. The employees can be seen as the carriers of climbing culture and the organizational culture.
