Dimensionering och integration av elektronisk kommunikation i drive-by-wire system

Detta är en Kandidat-uppsats från Lunds universitet/Högskoleingenjörsutbildning i datateknik

Sammanfattning: The purpose of this thesis was to provide Uniti Sweden AB with a solution proposal regarding which motors, sensors, control units and other electrical components needed for a steer-by-wire system of a test car. The thesis resulted in new motors, sensors and electrical components for the steer-by-wire system of the test car. The solution proposal made it possible to laterally steer the test car by electric turning of the front wheels. The sensors were integrated with a multiplexer via a control unit and differential signal transmission was used to eliminate interference. Furthermore, the sensors were load cells for torque measurement and position sensors of contactless angle sensors. A brushed DC-motor and control unit were dimensioned for the joysticks to manage force-feedback. Testing of the entire system, where the effect of interference was taken into account, was never made due to time constraints. On the other hand, the solution proposal was tested with differential signal transmission on the test car as pwm-signals were sent to test interference sensitivity and bandwidth. The test showed that there were no measurable interferences. The thesis clarified how the parts should be interconnected and integrated into the drive-by-wire system of the test car. Keywords: drive-by-wire, steer-by-wire, actuator, force-feedback, electric car, dimensioning.
