Insatsplanering anpassad för naturmiljö
Sammanfattning: In order to help the rescue service to do an efficient and secure operation in complex buildings, operation plans are used. To investigate the need of an operation plan adapted for natural environment and collect information to be used at the establishment of one, a literature review and a semi-structured interview study was conducted. The interview study consisted of interviews with national park rangers from 23 of 30 national parks, 21 municipal rescue services working in the national park areas and the mountain rescue who works in the northern national parks of Sweden. By analyzing the collected information, it showed that the existing models for operation plan are not fully applicable in natural environment. Five larger differences between national parks and buildings was identified, which made it difficult to use the existing models. In addition to that, it turned out int the interview study that the majority of Sweden’s national parks had reasons to implement an operation plan. The analysis was used to conclude a template of how an operation plan should be made for natural environment. The template got verified by being applied to the making of operation plans for the two Swedish national parks Stenshuvud and Söderåsen.
