Outcomes of intelligent logistics in retail organizations

Sammanfattning: The efficiency of retail organizations has been improved with the help of internet technology, using big data, cloud computing, and other technologies to upgrade the supply chain, marketing, and logistics of goods and other models. Among these areas, intelligent logistics has played a significant role in the development of retail organizations. This article studies the benefits and challenges of the transformation of logistics to intelligent logistics and the role it is playing in retail organizations with the help of a depth literature study and conducting interviews, and making analysis afterward. The article also analyses the current situation of the use of intelligent logistics in retail enterprises and provides some suggestions.
