Faktorer som påverkar räddningstjänstens förmåga vid skogsbränder

Sammanfattning: The purpose of this work is to map which factors connected to the rescue service response to forest fires that has the biggest impact on the rescue service ability to limit fire spread and/or put out the fire. The factors are linked to the event forest fire and the actions performed by the rescue service. The background for this paper is a new law that requires the rescue service to be able to assess their capability in a new way. A document study of news articles and an interview study were conducted to identify these factors. The work resulted in two factors linked to the event. These were then later used to create four different representative scenarios where different factors linked to the actions of the rescue service were identified depending on the scenario.
