The survey also shows differences in the view of leadership from a gender perspective. The female participants want a manager who is more emotionally driven and democratic and the male participants want a manager who controls more rational, from top to bottom. Self-estimation test PANAS (Positive and negative Affect scale) shows that the male participants are more negative than the female participants. PANAS also shows that there are differences in the male and female participants' personality types where the women in the study are more self-fulfilment and the men are more high effective.     Keywords: Female leadership, male leadership, gender, prejudices and differences in leadership.
