Det individuella, det kollegiala och det organisatoriska : En diskursanalys av anställdas syn på sin arbetsplats vid Halmstads kommunledningsförvaltning

Sammanfattning: Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic the world has changed in many ways. Organizations were left affected in ways that we could not have imagined. This study is a collaboration with the municipal management administration in Halmstad. The aim of this study is to investigate the employees view of their workplace at the municipal management administration in Halmstad by conducting a discourse analysis. The study has a qualitative approach based on seven semi- structured interviews of the employees at seven different departments at the municipal management administration. The identified discourses in this analysis are the life puzzle, digital technology and social interactions. The discourses were analyzed with social constructionist theory. The findings of the analysis show that there is a knowledge gap on how the employees at the municipal management administration in Halmstad conceive their workplace after the pandemic. The hybrid workplace is here to stay, but there is a wish for further knowledge and further research.
