Dynamisk provning av värmeväxlarsystem

Detta är en Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå från Lunds universitet/Institutionen för reglerteknik

Sammanfattning: The report discusses mathematical modeling of thermal components, such as heat exchangers and control valves. A flexible model library for simulation has been developed. The object-oriented and equation-based modeling language Omola is used to describe the components in mathematical terms. The library of models can be used to build models of more complex thermal systems, such as heat exchanger units. OmSim which is an integrated interactive environment with tools for development and simulation of Omola models, is used to simulate individual components as well as more complex systems. A simulation model of a heat exchanger unit called TS30 from Alfa Laval Thermal has been developed. The simulation results have been verified against measured data with a very good agreement.

The object-oriented model library supports design. It is easy to put together models for different configurations and use simulations to evaluate critical properties and limits. It is also easy to perform more detailed parameter studies. Guidelines for dynamical evaluations of different configurations has been developed.
