Stillasittande lekar - blir lekar i rörelse : Hinder och möjligheter till fysisk aktivitet i förskolans inomhusmiljö
Sammanfattning: This study focus on children´s physical activities and movements indoors, and what kind of obsticals and oppertunitys there are for them to be physical active. The study is investigated by using the research method, participant observation. The observations were conducted in a group with children between the ages two to six years old. The result shows that the children were very physical active even indoors and also that the teachers were allowing physical acticvity in children´s play. It also turned out that the teachers have planned physical activities together with the children as well, which practice their movements and coordination.
