Brukardelaktighet och brukarinflytande i PRIO-satsningens kölvatten. Till vilket pris? : - En studie om delaktighet och inflytande på förvaltnings- och brukarnivå i Karlskrona kommun

Sammanfattning: The aim of this study is, through a user-perspective to describe and analyze the difficulties and possibilities concerning participation and influence of a state action plan in the area of mental health (PRIO). User-organizations in a Swedish context are actors of importance when it comes to social politics. They are able to represent groups and contribute with a knowledge that the local community and the municipality might not be able to reach without these. In this study, one municipality is contextualized as a result of the consequences of PRIO. With the use of 11 semi-structural interviews from different authorities and user-organizations the results show that participation and influence is of importance in the context. PRIO is demanding a fair bit of collaboration – not only between authorities – but with the user-organizations. Out of this study it is concluded that co-optation is used in the chosen context. Other important findings is that certain actors plays an important role.
