Sammanfattning: Growing environmental awareness, rising energy costs and a stricter policy have forced organizations to not only conduct their operations with operational excellence but also to reconsider how to continuously increase energy efficiency in operations. The Swedish ski industry aims to conduct fossil-free operations in seven years. The goal is presented in a roadmap for fossil-free competitiveness. In this report, an energy mapping is carried out of Ekebyhov ski resort, a small ski resort in Stockholm County. The mapping focuses mainly on expenses that a majority of ski resorts have and can directly control. The result clarifies energy costs and costs in the current situation. As a conclusion, methods or initiatives are proposed that can be introduced to be able to conduct fossil-free activities according to the objective.
