Sexuella närmanden på internet : En explorativ studie om hur niondeklassares risk för att utsättas kan påverkas av deras internetvanor

Sammanfattning: Sexual approaches on the internet - An exploratory study on how ninth graders risk of exposure can be affected by their habits The purpose with the study was to do an exploratory study of the risk of ninth graders in Västra Götaland being exposed to sexual approaches on the internet and if it is affected by their internet habits. To do the examine a quantitative survey method was used.   The results of the study have shown that just over half of the respondents have been exposed to sexual approaches on the internet. There was significant correlation between the risk of exposure and some of the internet habits, like contact with strangers, the amount of time they spend online.   The most important conclusions in the study are that there are connections between some internet habits and the risk of being exposed to sexual approaches. There are also internet habits that don’t increase the risk of being exposed and that more knowledge is needed in the area.
