Samverkan vid SIP-möten : En studie om professionellas upplevelser av faktorer som möjliggör samt försvårar interfunktionell samverkan. 

Sammanfattning: Since 2010 SIP (coordinated individual plans) meetings are compulsory by law to help those individuals who are in need of support from both municipality and county council. The aim of this study was to understand the professionals’ experiences of the collaboration process at SIP meetings and the factors that enable or make inter-functional cooperation more difficult. This was done by doing nine qualitative interviews from professionals within social work; care managers, social workers and counselors. The results show that professionals have expectations on one another that are not in line with what they can do in reality. It also shows the importance of good relations between the professionals for smooth functioning of collaboration. Hence, the results indicate the importance of knowledge about each other’s areas of responsibility and of laws to overcome these barriers. The results are analyzed with the theory of social representations and the theory of model power (Stein Bråten 1982).
