Stridsyxekulturens uppkomst i Sverige

Sammanfattning: The world is getting more and more technical, science has transformed everyday life as well as our workplaces, the same goes for archaeology. This paper is analysing how older theories are comparative to studies where DNA and isotope analysis now can give a clearer picture regarding where an individual was raised, how their diet was and what heritage they had. The introduction of the battle-ax culture in Sweden is a field that has been debated for some time with two separate and distinct parties where one says it´s an immigrating process and the other consider it to be a local process with a small inspiration from the corded ware culture. This study aims to compare the different theories to today’s scientific data to see if technical data can give us an answer.
