Civil-Militär Samverkan – Relationen mellan länsstyrelse och Försvarsmakt till följd av införandet av militärregionala staber

Sammanfattning: This report is an exploratory study that aims to investigate whether the situation for civil-military co-operation, between the county administrative boards and the Armed Forces, has improved as a result of the recently established military regional staffs in the Swedish Armed Forces. The study shows that the civil-military co-operation has improved in comparison to the previous organization within the Swedish Armed Forces. The co-operation is considered as well functional and the intentions with the regional staffs are fulfilled as a result of improved possibilities for civil-military co-operation. Based on the study it is recommended that a few areas within civil-military co-operation are investigated to further improve the co-operation between the county administrative boards and the Swedish Armed Forces.
