Rektorer, ramfaktorer och musikundervisning : En kvalitativ studie om ramfaktorers påverkan på musikundervisningen ur ett rektorsperspektiv

Sammanfattning: The purpose of this study is to investigate how school principals view frame factors effect on musical education. Previous studies indicate that music teachers find that frame factors as classrooms, musical equipment and group sizes influence which musical activities they can use. The individual pedagogue can also be seen as a frame factor. The method of this study is semi structured interviews with six school principals. These interviews show that the school principals think that their schools have the required means to provide musical education in secondary school. The principals say that they often have possibility to make investments in the musical education after a dialogue with the school’s music teacher. All school principals stress that the particular pedagogue is the most important frame factor.
